I am a farmer who raise ducks and cows. The animals have a total of 9 heads and 26 feet. How many ducks and cows do I have?

First of all....WTF???

Second...Four cows, five ducks, using this calculation method:

Available animals x (lesser number of legs) = 18

Total Number of feet - 18 = 8

8 / (Lesser Number of Legs) = 4 = number of animals with four legs

Available Animals - (Number of Animals With Four Legs) = 5 = Number of Ducks

4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 26

I try to use a guidebook...but then I get lost anyway, so pretty much anything goes after that. In adventure, there is training ;)
